What we collect
– Account and order details: your name, email address, billing country and the products you bought. We need these to deliver your downloads, provide support and keep records of sales.
– Payment details: card and PayPal payments are handled by our payment providers (Paddle, Stripe, PayPal). We do not receive or store your full card number.
– Messages you send us by email or through the contact form.
– Newsletter: if you subscribe, we use your email address to send product news. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
– Website usage data: cookies needed for the cart, checkout and your account, and analytics data described below.
Analytics
With your consent (given in the cookie banner), we use Google Analytics (Google LLC) and Statcounter (StatCounter Ltd) to understand how visitors use the website and to improve it. These services use cookies and receive data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring website and approximate location. Card details entered in the payment window are not visible to these services. The data may be processed outside the EU, including in the United States. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics and Statify, which count page visits without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.

We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept according to the settings of each analytics service.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
